FAQs

  • What is processing time and how does it impact my order?

    Orders are processed and shipped approximately 5 business days from your order date. If there is any delay, Happy Paws Pet Shop will contact you regarding your order. All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is typically Monday. While your order is processing, you may see the processing status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update to “Shipped” and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    Once an order is placed, all in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 5 business days. During this “processing” time our staff is busy picking, packing and readying your order to be shipped. Once the USPS or UPS carrier picks up your order, they make every attempt to deliver it within the timeline selected in your ship method.

  • What are my shipping charges for returning an order?

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) subject to our RETURN POLICY. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send back the item(s) they no longer want. Please contact us and we will provide return shipping information. Please be advised, Happy Paws Pet Shop is not responsible if the package you are returning is lost by the Post Office. A refund will not be granted if the item is not received back.
